❓ How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, You will receive an instant download link for your files. Simply download, unzip, and start creating!. If you have any issues, check your email for the order confirmation or log into your account to access downloads.

❓ What file formats are included?

Each product includes a DXF file for laser or plasma cutting, a PDF instruction guide and a youtube video.

❓ Are the files compatible with my CNC machine?

Our DXF files are compatible with most CNC plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting machines. Please check your machine’s software to ensure compatibility.

❓ Can I modify the design?

Yes! You can edit the DXF file to adjust size or make design modifications as needed for your project.

If you adjust the size, make sure to scale every parts at with the same ration otherwise the parts may not fit properly

❓ What thickness of metal is recommended?

We recommend using 1mm sheet metal (1/25 inch, 18-19 gauge) and 1.5mm sheet metal (1/16 inch, 16-18 gauge), TIG or MIG welding for the best results.

❓ Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Our files include a personal and small commercial use license. However, reselling or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.
